Endiprev is very excited to announce that we are going to be a long-term partner for the maintenance campaigns of several Nordex wind farms in France and Belgium.

In the first quarter of 2023, Endiprev and Nordex closed a long-term partnership contract for maintenance service activities in France and Belgium. Our team will be responsible for several preventive maintenance activities in wind farms across these countries. In sum, this contract will have a three-year duration, starting already this year and ending in late 2025.

For now, Endiprev will be working with around 750 wind turbines. We will be ensuring the wind turbines’ good performance, adding to our track record of almost 2GW. Altogether, the wind turbines in this onshore maintenance project can produce enough energy to power more than 3,000 households.

Our team will start by working on the Poiseul Wind Farm, with 3 technicians operating a Maintenance Type 3 in 8 Nordex N117/2400 wind turbines. The scope of this long-term contract is as follows:

• T3 Maintenance: inspecting and testing the gearbox, generator, and transformer, as well as checking the condition of the bearings, lubrication system, and electrical components.
• T4 Maintenance:  disassembling and inspecting the gearbox, generator, and transformer, as well as replacing any worn or damaged parts.
• X1 Maintenance:  inspecting and testing the rotor blades, tower, and foundation, as well as checking the condition of the electrical and control systems.

Partnership in commissioning and maintenance projects

This long-term maintenance contract is the result of the work our teams have been doing with Nordex for a few years. Both companies have been partners since 2013. This contract is even more special because, although we have worked together in France before, this is the first time we will work together as Endiprev France.

We already worked together in 10 countries on several continents, such as Europe, North and South America, and Africa. At the moment, Endiprev is working with Nordex mainly in Europe and the US, where we have been increasing our activity on different sites and scopes. We are very proud of this achievement, and we hope to continue to be a trustworthy partner of the wind turbine manufacturer in several locations.
