The WindEurope Conference & Exhibition 2019 will take place in Bilbao, from 2-4 April. This is Europe’s yearly flagship wind energy event. More than 8,000 delegates will gather in the city to network, do business and discuss the theme of this year’s event: ‘Delivering a clean economy for all Europeans’.

Endiprev will exhibit at WindEurope Conference & Exhibition 2019 with our largest booth so far. We decided to participate in the event with a stronger presence to better accommodate customers, suppliers, and job seekers looking for an opportunity in the industry.

In the event, the status of the wind energy industry will be on review. It will be discussed how wind energy can play a crucial role in the energy transition for regions in Europe. This year’s event will also focus on the importance of a skilled and specialized workforce for a driving industry.

At this moment, the Spanish wind power market is booming. 4GW of new wind capacity will come online in Spain this year, creating 13,000 new jobs. Just as importantly, Bilbao and the Basque Country exemplify how the wind industry can support the economic transition in heavy industrial areas. Now, it is becoming a significant industrial cluster for wind energy, producing, and exporting cutting-edge equipment and technology.
